Mestiza Polanco, a restaurant with Latin American culture

We recently had the opportunity to visit the restaurant and enjoy a unique evening where Latin American culture was present in the atmosphere and, of course, in the dishes and cocktails we shared with friends.

We started with the appetizers, which are truly varied and can easily satisfy any craving or palate, such as the beef carpaccio, roasted corn, burrata with mole, and shrimp tiradito in green aguachile sauce — that spicy touch that’s essential to awaken the palate.
