Mestiza Polanco: A restaurant that celebrates Latin culture

We recently had the opportunity to visit the restaurant to enjoy a unique evening where Latin American culture permeated the atmosphere and, of course, the dishes and cocktails we enjoyed with friends.

We started with the appetizers, which are truly varied and can easily satisfy any palate and craving, such as the beef carpaccio, roasted corn on the cob, burrata with mole, and shrimp tiradito in green aguachile sauce, a spicy touch that's a must-have to enliven the palate.
